My Free AVG Download wont run

Hi Joyson   
I have just clicked onto the  link you kindley sent… & saved it into my documents folder … then when I double clicked it  & the run box came up the same happened agian it just will not run… for some strange reason…   I wish I had never uninstalled the other 1 as it was working fine 3 days ago. have you any more ideas on how to install it ?

Hello Paul. I would request you to boot your PC to safe mode ( http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode ) and then try to run the remover tool. Thank you.

I have been having trouble trying to upgrade my avg frre download virus protection…   so I have uninstalled it & tried to install the 2015 version… but it just will not dowload  as soon as it says I have to double click in the folder & it comes up run or save…  when I click run  an error box pops up saying Im have not got authrisation can you help me install it please…?

Hello Paul. Please ensure that you have logged in to your pc as administrator before following these steps:
) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually(1/2)

Joyson… I have just tried to run it again & the box saying
 " error writing temporary file, make sure your folder is valid"  is what keeps poping up…
if thats any help to you.?
