My group outgoing mail is being blocked

Hi Eddie,

We will help you to get this issue resolved.

We request you to disable AVG program and then try to check with this issue and see if that works.

Please follow the below steps to disable AVG protection:

1. Right-click the AVG icon in the system tray next to the clock.
2. Move the slider to temporarily disable AVG.

       It consist of cut and paste documents; 6 or 8 pages.
I get the following error message.
 
552 5.2.0 <pharoah1@charter.net> sender rejected. AUP#O-1420

I turned of scanning outgoing messages and that didn't help.
