This is the third time this has happend in as many months, and I have to check my AVG every day, because it does not notify me of any problem, and I am getting very frustrated.
I have just phoned one of your people in England for help, I was made to listen to stupid music for 5 min's costing me a lot of money, then I was just cut off, I find this a disgraceful.
