My Internet Security is blocking websites

We're here to help. Could you disable individual components in AVG and try loading the websites to narrow down the issue further? Open AVG Internet Security, click Menu > Settings > Components. Use the On/Off slider against each component to disable each component.
By saying you can not uninstall older version of AVG, are you referring to traces from older version of AVG?

I recently reinstalled AVG Internet Security, and now I cannot access websites unless turn it off.
I also can't seem to uninstall older versions of Internet Protection
