My laptop with Windows 10 has crashed.I can't get into the login screen.Before that,I had downloaded another Antivirus protection.It asked for a scanning and reboot the laptop.Then it reboot.Unfortunately,everytime I turn on my laptop.It just appear words on a black screen as shown as below:
PHASE 0

- sub systems initialization

Phase 1:
- Initialize Components
- starting reactor
- starting components
- starting internal subsystems
- starting command channels
- Srm start actions
- starting external subsystems
- finished
I have tried to look for any method to solve the problem and login my laptop.I have tried to boot in safe mode but it just show a black screen and nothing happen.I cannot reset my conputer without deleting all data.I cannot restore Windows too.I have tried them amd still cannot get into the login screen.I really want to solve the problem amd I hope you can help me.Thank you.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried to boot in Safe Mode. I can see the screenshot on my screen. After I choose Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking, there is only totally black screen.
