My laptop has sent up to 40 messages an hour to AVG

My laptop keeps telling me that an unspecified error occured in the following AVG componentsts            avgnsx.exe.  and would I like to inform AVG?  I have clicked YES , But I have yet to hear from AVG.
This has happened about 40 times an hour all the time I am online.  In writing this email  it has happened 12 times every time I have to click Yes, otherwise it will not go away.  I have free AVG and from Jan 2017 £49 worth of AVG ZEN .  Why have AVG not been in touch.  I really dont want to continue like this, but I feel compelled to go elsewhere for future security.
