My Licence and AVG TuneUp

On 24th January I purchased AVG Ultimate multidevice and paid for it to be installed remotely. At the same  time you deleted my AVG TuneUp. I am now being asked to up date TuneUp and I am being quoted the wrong Licence number. My new Licence nuber is E1C1-X0218451-. I am very confused. Following the remote installation I assumed there was no further required on my part. CVan you please sort this out for me?
