My license for the AVG Ultimate multidevice it suppose to be activate when I bought 12/2014015

Hi Jorge,

There is no license because you have purchased AVG Protection, please reinstall your  AVG using version availaible in AVG MyAccount and activate it as desctibed in https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate&l=en_US.

Now the program will not accept the license I try to contact AVG for the license and the only thing that I found is the bill of the AVG Ultimate multidevice but not license when I install it said that the old license was reactivated. Any help about how to get the license.
