My license has been renewed in june but I have just received email informing me of another renewal in september. It appears that I am being billed twice

You have two licenses in our system, do you with to cancel auto renewal for second license?

Rowen, Have a look @ this new form link (https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get email/chat/phone support.
