My login is not showing any of my subscriptions

In order to review/manage AVG licenses, you may need to use the registered email address to access your AVG account. 
Upon checking your account, we're unable to find any subscriptions. It might be under your alternate/old/family member's email address.

I can see my subscription on my installed software on the computer, I have 19 extra devices to go however, when I login to my account it says that I have no subscribtion… Help
