My lost device sync

We’re happy to help you sort this out. If you have installed AVG Antivirus version 6.0 or above then you have to login here (my.avg.com). May I know if you're unable to find your device after login to my.avg.com account?

I already had avg account and register my device samsung grand 2  in 2015, but now it is not shown in my account details. It show no device sync. with your account. Kindly revert and resolve it. I already have mail of 2015.
