My mac is not protected message

Now appears to be working, thank you, but can you check to see that all the components are activated and confirm please?

Thank you for writing back to us, Vincent.

Upon purchase, the AVG programs need to be manually activated using their respective activation code/key.
Were the individual components/shields of your AVG Internet Security enabled earlier?
Since when did this issue started happening?
Did you you update your Mac OS recently (Big Sur Update)?
If so, please mention the current operating system of your Mac.
Awaiting your response.

We apologize for the inconvenience, Vincent.

By "Components", we were referring to the shields (Computer, Web & Email, Hacker Attacks & Payments) of your AVG Internet Security.
Thank you for letting us know that your Mac OS was upgraded  to 'Big Sur' recently.

You are welcome, Vincent.

If you see " You are protected" message at the top of AVG Internet Security program, you can confirm that all AVG components activated. If there is any component is not active, AVG will notify you.

I'm not sure what you mean by activated. I get a message daily saying the anit virus is up to date. I don't know what you mean about the turning on the components
