My mobile. Being scammed

Hi there… I have avg protection on my mobile but for a week I've had this scam text asking for details to log into Microsoft. The message is repeatedly causing my phone to ring.  Night and day…is there anything you can do please?

Hello Dinesh Thanks for your kind reply.
   I have a problem though, you see this phishing spam has blocked my ability to use email
on my mobile, so I am not receiving them. Is there any wy around this because yjr mobile tram use email as their mode of contect dont they! ?
