My music goes tp sleep how do i fix it

i don't hear my music because it has been put to sleep

Hi Doug,

We will certainly look into this and help you.
You can wake the program which are put to sleep from AVG TuneUp. Follow the below steps to wake your music app/drive.
Open AVG TuneUp –> click Speed up –> select "Background & startup programs" –> check the sleeping programs list and click Wake option next to your music app/drive.
