We could see that you have an active AVG Password protection (3 years subscription) registered with the email address you used to contact us here. Is it the product that you are trying to install?

My old PC died and I have had to buy a new one but I cannot get the paid for AVG to activate on my new one.

My most recent invoice is from 4 January 2018 but AVE will not recognise the licence number code for it.

Please can someone advise me on what I need to do.
