My online Virginmedia email account

This does not appear on my program I have settings - but cannot see where uncheck tracking detection is. But like VPN I can trurn it off if I want to access my online email account. With VPN I caanot access BBC programs unless I turn that off

Are you getting any error message when you try to access the account?

Open the AVG AntiTrack -> Settings -> Uncheck "Enable tracking detection" then check for the issue again.

I have very recently downloaded Anti track and it will not allow me to sign in to my virginmedia account online, 
so far this has been a very good program but I will have to ditch it if I caanot stop this

Diane, under 'Menu->Settings' of AVG Anti-Track, you should be able to see 'HTTPS tracking detection' check box.
It seems that the problem is due to AVG Secure VPN. Hence, we can follow necessary troubleshooting regarding VPN.
Open AVG Secure VPN program window and mention the location name that is shown.
If it is already selected as 'United Kingdom', please click on 'change location' and select the servers under 'Streaming'.
For each location, check whether you are able to access your email account and BBC.

Does not work for VPN with any of the places shown and on the BBC website it says to turn VPN off so this seems to be a known problem. Whatever appears as my place, it does not recognise I am in the UK.
With Anti track undersettings my options are -
Start Anti track when I start my computer
Mininise it
Show notifications for fingerprint chages
select language
Notify after x attempts
Your subscriptin status
Updates
