My paid AVG account expiry date is wrong

Why is it saying my expiry date is July 2019 when actually I have paid subscription should be July 2020.

Hello Sue,

We have sent the license number of your AVG Internet Security (3 Computers) product via email now.
Refer this article and use the license number for activation.
Follow the steps as mentioned under "Enter a valid activation code".
Check whether the expiry date is appearing as 26th April 2020.
