Im using window 10 and paid AVG Ultimate version.. After updates my PC screen black after start up.. Try startup repair, but un-able to repair. AVG now is the window manager. I think it is AVG issue.<br>Read other user have similar issue, that un-installed AVG first and re-install later.<br>Have tried start up in Save Mode and its working.
My question is how to fix it as my screen in black?
Sean, I am not sure why you are trying to log into your email.
Open the browser and type as "www.avg.com/remote" without the quotes.
Once you get the page opened, enter the necessary details and case number as 08646723.
Once you get connected with our remote technician, they will be able to assist further on this matter.

Sean, I just noticed in the screenshot that you provided earlier after a right click on "Taskbar". It shows the option as "Show touch keyboard button" which is actually the onscreen keyboard.

Let us work together to fix the issue. It looks like you've installed the older version of AVG PC TuneUp.
Please reboot your PC in safe mode by referring this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Restart-Windows-Safe-Mode) and uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from your PC.
Try restart your PC in normal mode and check if you are getting black screen.
Keep us updated on the progress.
After restart, missing explorer and microsoft office, but abl;e to surf website.
