My PC is extremely slow in spite of AVG TuneUp

We would like to know about the exact message that is appearing on Dell Support Assist.
Could you please provide the screenshot of it?
You can post the screenshot by clicking on 'Image' symbol from 'Answer' field.
It will help us to identify the issue on your PC and provide suggestion on how to resolve it using AVG TuneUp.
If not, we can explain and confirm that particular issue can't be resolved by AVG TuneUp.

My Dell Inspirion 5070 laptop is extremely slow in spite of AVG TuneUP.
I have done the set up and have been using it since February 2020 and it's 2 years old.
I have opened the Dell SupportAssist, but it encounters a problem and asks me to shut down and try again (already three times).

Daniela, if you need help with fixing the Support assist crashing, please uninstall and install it again.
If the issue persists, please contact Dell support for help.
Regarding the PC slowdown, in general, the performance depends on many factors (OS type and version, HW configuration, other running applications, virus scan in progress etc.).
Make sure you do not have more than one antivirus software installed and remove any unwanted applications to free up disk space.
