My PC has Windows 10 home edition . HP Pavilion Entertainment vr6700 .
My problems are that hackers keep changing the settings ,disabling , deleting and/or removing some drivers and drives from the PC system , so that my PC does not work properly . For example , the disk clean up drive is now not available and not be able to clean the disks , the open button of the AVG Tune Up page cannot be open for scanning as it did before by clicking , the trouble and diagnose shooting do not work , and the Available Networks Panel only shows the Aeroplane mode and no other selections for Wi-Fi internet access , it usually shows the Wi-Fi for selection as well , and normally on the Wi-Fi mode it showed lots of available secured or open networks .
And my 30 day trial period for the AVG Protection Plan has not been covered , as it indicates ' your PC is unprotected and it expired in twenty something days .

Please let us know whether you have already tried AVG Protection trial before on the PC where you are facing the issue.
