Diana, Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/SupportContacts). When completing the Technical Support form, you must fill in all the boxes before the contact options appear below the form. With Android Mobile I think you'll be offered email contact.

Diana, I did a trial fill in for Android Mobile. If you complete the Technical Support form, click on the email contact support offered & you should receive an automatic email delivery announcement indicating your request number: ******** has been received by AVG Customer Care and will be answered as soon as possible.
