My phone is locked

I changed my sim and my email and register my avg email in another phone.  The old phone locked by avg sim changed.  i entered my avg account and i just found the new one. 
So how do i unlock my older phone?

For the first option, my previous phone in another country So i can't put the previous Sim
And for other option I entered my account in www.avgmobilation.com and there is only the new phone and i didn't found the previous one
