Because I dont know which email are you talking about.

Hello Mayank,

Have you installed the AVG antivirus for your Android mobile and when changing the SIM the phone got locked due to the AVG anti-theft feature?

Sure, they will contact you as early as possible. I appreciate your patience.
Thank you.

Thank you for the confirmation and additional information.
I have checked your case records and I see that you have already contacted our mobile team regarding this and you got the email reply from them with the password but as you say that it is asking for the 4 digit PIN it has to be analyzed by our mobile team.
So I request you to reply back to the email reply that you received from the mobile team without changing the subject and explain them that it is asking for the 4 digit PIN, they will analyze and help you regarding this.
Thank you.

Hello Colin,
We regret for the inconvenience caused.  Please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H and choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" inspite of using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Sorry, Mayank, I thought that you got the reply from our AVG mobile team after submitting the query but I see that you have submitted the query to our mobile team but you haven't got the email reply yet. So I request you to wait for few hours and you will get the reply from our mobile team and when you get it please reply back to the same email without changing the subject and explain that it is asking for the 4 digit PIN and they will assist you according to that.

Above email shows my password as "mayank" but my phone asking for 4 digit PIN.

This is the e-mail I received from AVG
