Couldn't log in with previous log in details to AVG My Account…it told me no match to email found with password. Selected forgot password and tells me to enter security code, after entering.
There was no security code or somewhere to put it in the screen that came up.
My first email address that I had used is on your system still but the password wasn't being accepted. I had the correct password. But couldn't change it if it had expired…as I thought first that may have been the problem.
So I just re registered as I couldn't access the log in. Does account log in details expire after a period of inactivity?
This will be an issue for me as I have no other email addresses to use, in case there is a problem in the future, after a period of inactivity, that I need to raise. How do I access the AVG My Account in the future if I need to, if log in details expire, if that is what the problem is?
