My Printer wont work since installing pc tune up

I regret for any inconvenience this may have caused. I would request you to restore the changes made by AVG PC TuneUp to your computer and check if that resolves the issue. Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :

1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

If you are using any anti virus or firewall application on your computer, please disable them and check if they are blocking you from using the printer.

I am using AVG anti Virus free.
I Disabled it and the printer now works.
Can I not use the free version and use a printer at the same time?
