On July 8, 2022, I purchased a 2-year subscription to AVG Ultimate with (order number removed). After the 2-year subscription expired, the subscription would be billed annually.
When purchasing this subscription AVG Ultimate, my email address was (Email address removed)
On April 2, 2024, my email address changed to (Email address removed), which I reported to AVG.
My account states:
We (AVG) use this email address to contact you. You use it to log in to your AVG account.
On August 19, 2024, the subscription to AVG Ultimate was extended by 1 year with (order number removed) for € 129.99
On September 30, 2024 and October 14, 2024, I receive emails on my obsolete email address stating that my subscription to AVG Ultimate has expired and that I can pay € 233.99 for two years. But I don’t want a second subscription on AVG Ultimate, that must be a mistake.
I think it has to do with the change of my email adress. Please will you solve my problem,
stop these emails and delete the obsolete email address.
If you can’t help me, please send me an email adress of the department which can indeed solve my problem.

Hello Krishna, thank you for your answer.
I haven't been charged twice, in september and october AVG invited me to continue mine AVG Ultimate subscription which I don't have. I think there is no credit card connected to that subscription, so I wasn't charged. I'll try to use your advice.
