My products are not linked to my AVG MyAccount

I bought AVG Internet Security and PC Tuneup last year. I finally realized about AVG's MyAccount. I bought these products on Amazon, but doing an email search on MyAccount proved fruitless to that email, so I decided to make one. Noticing there was nowhere on the MyAccount to add my license number, I went into the products themselves to register them. I registered them with my email, but they still do not show on MyAccount. What am I doing wrong?
