We apologize for the inconvenience.
We see from your record that you have been charged only for the purchase of AVG Protection multidevice once from the email address associated with your AVG account. Are you having any other email address associated with AVG or could you please provide us the order numbers of the AVG?

I have seen on my latest Bank Statement that I have been charged twice for my recent 2 Year subscription.  I queried this with my Bank, who say that they paid both charges on 9th September, as requested by yourselves.  I'd be obliged if you would refund the extra charge in due course.
