 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF US79.99,THAT WAS DEBITED  OFF MY CREDIT CARD ON AUGUST 15, 2020 WITHOUT MY APPROVAL  IT IS OVER TWENTY DAYS. CAN I PLEASE GET AN UPDATE ON THE PROCESS AND WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG TO BE CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. PLEASE ADVISE,
