I ran the Registry Defrag routine in PC TuneUp and the analysis tool informs me that I can save 7%.  I then select the option to re-boot and de-frag anfd the computer re-boots, however it doesn't perform the defrag e 7%.operation.  I have confirmed this trice by re-running the analysis which continues to tell me that I can sav
