I am facing a strange issue when i am trying to pay may AVG Internet security renewal. If I pay with an virtual card, as usual, the bank accept the transaction, but after is refused and do not finish. If I pay with PayPal, all transaction is done, the value is removed from my bank account, but after 15, 20 minutes the value comes back to my account with the information, transaction not accepted contact AVG. Meanwhile I have found that contacts with AVG are only done by phone and I need to start the call, so to me this is not practical because I do not want to do a call to Brasil or UK, from portugal.
So what can I do to go ahead and renew my AVG Internet security?
I have a similar problem, i have renewed my payment card multiple times during the last month, each time my card is accepted and i keep having a payment failure and keep having popup to update my card. The help support is driving me crazy and i finally get a phone number to get help but it’s in the UK and it’s just as maddening as online.

I have spent a lot of time to solve the payment difficulty in the chat support. They don’t tell me where was the problem origine but I guess that was in the AVG. I have tried use my digital cards with news links supplied by chat support but all were refused when finally with a new link and via paypal, with a card linked, and clear the browsers (navigation data) was possible to pay the signature renewal.
For the next renewal if this will happen again, I’ll think to choose another firewall. In October I’ll have the licence renewal for more two AVG products, we’ll see.
