They are not responding, how long does it take for them to respond?

I installed AVG and anti theft tool on my smartphone a month ago, 3days ago I just notice that my phone is blocked and require Privaxy Protection password. None of my passwords work, no answer by localization, just blocked.
Several times in reported the avg suppport but always received automatic generated answers, no real help.
I had chart with Santhosh from you company without help.
Pls could anyone help me for real to get this machine back working.
