Please refer to the Order No: (Order number redacted) in connection with the payment of subscription of $80.24 to Digital River Ireland Ltd on 17 Sep 22 via PayPal. The subscription was for AVG TuneUp (multi-Device).
My subscription was cancelled on 22 Sep 22.  It is already more than a week and I have yet to receive the refund.  
Grateful if you expedite the refund accordingly via my PayPal account.
