Please share a screenshot/picture (you can take a picture of your computer using the mobile phone ) of your computer page to assist you further.  You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I havn't had time to complete and install new subscription codes ,which was paid for and you you sent the new codes. Now my system wont load load windows, I get a blue screen and a renewal notification for down loading tools and want me to post new charges. I'm confused about why are you trying hold me hostage. I paid,
