My subscription has been renewed

We acknowledge your refund request. You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up (4/7/19) for the trial subscription.

We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

I just tried to use the free version of AVG Tune up and deleted it from the computer then but today it automatically registers and subtracts money from my visa, please help me, I want to get a refund because I'm really do not use this product …
