Please do not share the activation code or any personal detail on a public forum.
I see that you have registered the code for AVG Ultimate successfully using the AOL email address but the AVG Internet Security Unlimited code is not yet registered.
Please be informed that AVG Ultimate includes both Internet Security and PC TuneUp, hence a separate subscription for Internet Security is not necessary.
Since you haven't registered the code for Internet Security Unlimited, you can't get refund for it unless you register it.
I have sent you the activation code for Internet Security Unlimited through email. 
I request you to register the code https://www.avg.com/code mentioned in my email using a different email address and then apply for refund using this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm .
NOTE: (Do not use the same AOL email address to register it)

I recently subscribed to the AVG Ultimate.  (activation code removed);   I'm not sure it is activated.
