My subscription to AVG Secure VPN

I have subscribed and paid for this protection on two (2) occasions and still do not have access to this system, my most recent payment was on May 1st 2017, order number: 703-1736987, despite this latest payment and one earlier i still do not have access to this protection…HELP !!!
