Hi .I believe I had 2 accounts at one point.Earlier this year they were amalgamated .I then was told my subscription would not run out until 2022.But now I am trying to run your security system on my computer+ keep being told I am due for renewal + of course I`m unable to do a security check.Could you please sort this.I would also appreciate verification in writing ,of this so if there is a problem in future I can just forward a copy of the letter to you + immediately sort the problem.
