I have renewed my subscription for two years automatically in March under reference 74604XXXXX and yet I have today received an email offering me a discount if I renew my subscription. Whilst writing to you I would like to clarify m,y cover. I have a laptop, an ipad and an iPhone. It appears that I only have cover for my laptop which incidentally is hardly used now. I have tried to find a way to speak to you but to to no a bail.
i have paid £159.99 and I am not sure what cover I have got. Could I have help in sorting this mess out.incidentally I have had a policy with you for well over ten years and I don’t know what protection I have, when trying to find that out I keep being told to sign in.
please help
