My Subscriptions & activation codes not visible on my AVG account page, just expired ones

To AVG Support,                          

I bought AVG Ultimate (1-yr for 3 devices) at a retail store (Fry's Electronics) March 4, 2020, and with AVG support, got Security, Tuneup, and VPN activated on my devices ( PC, Mac & iPhone.

Today, I logged in to my AVG account, rminivan@hotmail.com, but now see that only 2 expired subscriptions are visible. None of my 3 active subscriptions are visible.

My AVG VPN 2020, 1-yr 5-devices, purchased at Fry's retail store, Feb 17, 2020 is not visible on my account page.

My AVG Ultimate 1-yr, 3-devices, purchased at Fry's retail store March 4, 2020, is not visible on my account page.

My previously purchased in 2019, but still active 'til Oct 2020, AVG Security for my PC, is missing. Security was extended as component of AVG Ultimate, bought 03/04/20.

When I purchased Ultimate March 4, 2020 and had An AVG technician assist me to activate the software on my devices, he gave me a combined activation code for the AVG Ultimate 2020 components: Security, Tuneup, VPN, & PC PW Protection.

All 3 primary components were & are working on my devices. I've logged in a few times in March, 2020, and all were visible. But today, April 1st, 2020, no active subscriptions are visible, only 2 expired subscriptions show. 
Please fix my AVG online account subscriptions, to show my active subscription purchases, and the combined activation code last provided, so If I have to reinstall the software, I can use refer to the correct activation code: to reinstall any or all of my purchased AVG components, if needed.

This is expected behavior as the subscriptions bought from a reseller will not appear when you login to online AVG MyAccount.
