My subscriptions and My Account

Please note that AVG Go webpage is for our premium tech support users and it is purely paid technical help for all your issues regarding computers. As per our records, we see that you have paid for AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tuneup. These are registered under the email address you used to contact us. If you do not see them in the AVG My account when you login from your end, please click on My subscriptions or Order history tab to see them. If you do not see them, please contact our sales support team https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat with the screenshot of your AVG My account not showing the products.
If it is about AVG Go premium technical support you are worrying that is not showing in your AVG My account, please note that it does not show up under AVG my account. Thank you.

We have the following products Internet Security, Tune up, Driver Updater, and Premium Tech support for 3 computers. We required input from Tech support so they set about selling us the update security I.e. Ultimate we accepted this. They stated it would not be activated until the expiry of our present security package, even though I asked for it to be loaded now. Each of the above is not recorded on our account as operating or pending installation.
We have tried to communicate with Chat however this just become frustrating. how else can we get this sorted and recorded on our account?
Is there a difference between AVG.Com and AVG GO?
