My Subscriptions are missing

Noticed about a week ago that my AVG app on mobile started prompting me to upgrade. I immediately logged into my AVG account to check my subscription as I purchased a 2 year subscription for AVG Internet Security with AVG PC Tune-up which included the mobile versions as well. My subscription shows active until May 28th 2020. Upon logging out and logging back in on Mobile, I assumed the issue was resolved. However I noticed ads suddenly all over while using my mobile version. I again attempt to log out and log back in but this time is says "No Subscriptions found" found and prompts to upgrade. I go to check my subscriptions online from my PC again and it to is showing "No Subscriptions found" with a button to purchase. However when I check my subscriptions from both the AVG Internet Security app and AVG PCTuneUp apps on my PC, they both show "Active - expires May 28 2020 (310 Days Remaining)". Not sure how to fix this issue since the website is not recognizing my subscriptions which is affecting my mobile device, I use the apps to clean up memory frequently, and since my mobile device has been extremely slow and the mobile apps are failing to complete the cleanup. Please, any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!!!
