Hi There.
I was looking at my subscriptions and noticed that my AVG secure VPN and my AVG internet security are both open for 1 device. Nothing wrong with that, thats how I want it.
But I notice it says "currently used on 2 devices" I think that may be because they were installed on an old laptop that is not used any more.
So. How do I change it down to being used on 1 device??
Is that something that you can do for me or if I boot up that old laptop and delete the secure VPN and internet security on that, will that sort it out??

Your subscription can be activated only on 1 device. It seems that you have installed the programs on 2 devices but are currently active on 1 device.
Our system will scan for active devices once every 30 days, after 30 days all the inactive devices will be deactivated automatically and the correct device count will be updated.
Also if you reinstall AVG programs on the same device, it will be counted as a new device but it will be correct after 30 days and the correct device count will be updated.

Thanks for your reply. That old laptop has not been used for 6 months or more so surely your system scan every 30 days should have detected that there is only 1 device being used.
This matters to me because if your system thinks that I am using these 2 products on 2 devices, are they actually working correctly on the 1 device I am currently using??
I would be gratefull if you would manually change these 2 products down to 1 device being used.
