My telephone was blocked by AVG antivirus

I am opened AVG anitivirus on my phone and My telephone was blocked by fuc**ng AVG antivirus. Lock screen asking password. I don't know my password because i dont set it up  ( i think). I don't have "forgot my password" button. Only lock screen and alarm " this telephone has been lost or stolen". I don't have avg account. I have all documents for my phone. I know my IMEI1. i know my IMEI2. I know MEID and serial number of the phone. How to unblock my phone? really hate ur av

Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I have only this two screens. It is russian language. One of he photo says that AVG locked my phone. second one: enter password to unlock my device. I dont have "forgot my password" button. I dont know my password because i dont set it up.I just create my avg account with this email so my device don't displayed on mobilation website. What should i do now?
