My TuneUp subcription got debited twice?

Hello Scott,
From your account, I can see only one charge(CAD49.99) on 2/25/18 for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited trial automatic renewal. Which has been already refunded on 8 March, 2018. The refund process may takes up to 7 business days.

I had a refund on the TuneUp subscription that billed without my notice. The problem is, that on my Bank App, it said that it was debited twice. Can I get some help with that?

There was no fund in my bank accound nor my paypal
