My usb mouse is not working anymore

We regret the inconvenience caused.
AVG Driver Updater stores a backup of each driver before updating it to the latest driver version. To revert back to a previous driver version for troubleshooting purposes:

Open AVG Driver Updater and click See Overview (or See Outdated).
Click Show details next to the driver you want to restore to a previous version.
Click Driver versions.
Click Restore next to the driver version you want to restore.
Click Restore to confirm.

after i used driver updater my usb port with the mouse connection is not working anymore
so i can not use my wireless mouse or cable mouse pls help

Thats what i try but your software did not make a restore point.
i see the back in your software but I don't know how the put that back.
the two USB ports on the right side of my laptop are not working anymore
I really need urgent your help

I can go with you till click driver version after that I don't have the option to restore. I can see it's updated but that's it I try everything but the USB port is still not working. Pls you have to help me because I have to work with the mouse that is connected to the USB port grtz Wil info@wbos.nl

During an update, AVG Driver Updater downloads verified manufacturer's driver installers. Additionally, before installing new drivers, AVG Driver Updater backs up all drivers and creates a Windows system restore point. This enables you to restore previously installed drivers or use the Windows system restore point to return to the previous state of your system in case there are any problems with the newly updated drivers.

Please go ahead and use Windows system restore to restore the PC settings prior to updating the drivers.
