My vpn is not loading or working in Windows 7

I see that you also have an active license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) which you might have been using on your computer. Since these products have different activation procedure, it is not possible to have both of them installed on the same computer.

To resolve the situation, I would like to offer you a free migration from AVG Internet Security (1 computer) to AVG Internet Security - Unlimited which has the same activation procedure as AVG Secure VPN. You can also use the new AVG Internet Security - Unlimited on any no.of windows computers.

I have downloaded and installed "avg_secure_vpn_setup.exe" in Windows 7 but when I try to turn it on a small screen comes up that says "loading' but then goes away and doesn't say "On" and I can't click "Open Browser." It works fine in Windows 10. I have tried uninstalling and reloading per post by Akash Chanda on 10_17_2017, and "Allow any traffic to virtual privet networks" under the advanced firewall settings was already checked per a YouTube video. I even tried unchecking then rebooting and rechecking and also checked the one above it.
