Could you let us know whether you can access the website if you're connected to a VPN server located in the UK?
Also, please enable the Mimic VPN protocol in your AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps & check if the issue persists:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > Protocols > Select Mimic.
Keep us updated.
