My VPN subscription is not showing how many days I have it licensed after applying my license

Hi. I purchased AVG Internet Security many years ago with my email address (at that time).
I have since also purchased AVG VPN, but under my current (new) email address.
When I log into my Internet AVG Internet Security account and try to change/update my email address to my current one, it will not allow me as it says that the email address is attached to another account (my VPN account).
Can you please let me know how to change this email address or combine accounts so that my new email address attaches to both… 

Also my AVG VPN doesn't say how many days I have left after applying the license, it keeps on saying next charge due now. I would like my Internet AVG security and my AVG VPN to be under 1 account with the same email. Please help me
