Do you receive any error message when you try to turn off AVG Secure VPN? Did you try to restart your PC once and check?

Error. Unable to save VPN configuration. I have tried to put the configuration myself but no luck.

Thank you for writing back to us. Can you please try to reinstall AVG Secure VPN once and check whether you can turn on AVG Secure VPN? 

Make sure you have activated the subscription once you installed it. Please try the reinstallation and let us know if its help you.
